Will it pretend to be a human?
No. It introduces itself as an assistant. Being upfront converts better than being caught out, and it keeps you on the right side of platform rules.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
It is scoped to what it has been trained on and escalates anything outside that to a human. I review real transcripts for the first two weeks and tighten the prompts.
How long does the bot take to train?
Setup and initial training take three to five days. After that I review real conversations for two weeks and tighten the prompts, because live transcripts teach you more than any amount of upfront configuration.
Can it handle pricing questions?
It can handle whatever you want it to. Most clients have it give a range and qualify the lead rather than quote firm numbers, so the pricing conversation still happens with a human.
What does it cost to run?
