Once scope is agreed you get one number with deliverables and a date attached. Slow weeks are my problem, not a line on your invoice.

On the call for straightforward scopes, and within 48 hours in writing for larger builds. Either way you get it before you commit to anything.
A deposit before work starts and the balance on completion, with invoices due within 14 days. Larger builds can be split across milestones.
Only third-party subscriptions in your own name — GoHighLevel, Twilio, and any integration tools. My fee is one-off unless you choose the monthly Scale engagement.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it in writing. You will never find extra work on an invoice you did not agree to.
For larger build-outs, yes — usually split across two or three milestones tied to delivery. Ask on the call and we will structure it around your cash flow.
