Terms of service.

1. Who you are contracting with

Services described on this site are provided by Iqbal Raffi, trading as Automate with Iqbal. Using this website means you accept these terms. Each paid engagement is additionally governed by the written proposal you approve before work begins; where the two disagree, the proposal wins.

2. Scope of work

Every engagement starts with a written scope listing the deliverables, the timeline and the price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it in writing. Indicative timelines published on this site are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on receiving the access and feedback described below.

3. What I need from you

• Timely access to the accounts, domains and assets required for the build.
• Content, branding and approvals within the review windows set in the proposal.
• A single named point of contact for decisions.

Delays in providing these move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.

4. Fees and payment

Prices are quoted per engagement and confirmed in the proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts and the balance on completion, with invoices due within 14 days. Third-party costs — software subscriptions, carrier registration fees, advertising spend and similar — are yours and are not included in my fee.

5. Ownership

On receipt of full payment, everything built for you under the engagement is yours: funnels, workflows, copy, configurations and documentation, all inside accounts you own. I retain ownership of the generic methods, templates and know-how I bring to every project, and I may reuse them elsewhere.

6. Portfolio rights

I may reference the work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask me in writing not to. Confidential business information and client data are never published.

7. Support and revisions

Build engagements include 30 days of post-launch support covering defects and adjustments to the agreed scope. New features, new campaigns and changes of direction after sign-off are quoted as new work. Ongoing monthly support is available separately.

8. Third-party platforms

Delivery depends on platforms I do not control, including GoHighLevel, Twilio, The Campaign Registry, email providers and integration services. I am not responsible for their downtime, pricing changes, policy changes or approval decisions. Where an approval is rejected for reasons within my control, I will resubmit at no additional cost.

9. Results

Figures shown on this site are real outcomes from past projects. They describe what those businesses achieved with their own offers, traffic and sales teams, and they are not a promise of the same result for you. No specific revenue, conversion rate, approval or ranking outcome is guaranteed.

10. Confidentiality

Non-public information you share with me stays confidential and is used only to deliver the engagement. The same obligation applies to me in the other direction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or loss of data.

12. Cancellation

Either of us may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, and I hand over everything produced so far. Deposits cover work already scheduled and started and are non-refundable once a build has begun.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force for your engagement is the one published when your proposal was signed.
