Do I work with you directly, or with a team?
Directly, every time. You are not handed to an account manager and the build is not passed to a junior. That is also why I cap how many projects run at once.
What time zone do you work in, and how do we communicate?
I work with clients across the US, UK, Europe and Australia. Calls are scheduled in your time zone, and day-to-day updates happen over email or your preferred channel — no mandatory stand-ups.
How many clients do you take at once?
A small number deliberately. It is the only way to hold a 7 to 14 day build window and answer within 24 hours, and it is why availability is limited some months.
